Senate nearing vote on ending shutdown, WSJ reports

The Senate is nearing a vote to end the government shutdown as Democrats indicated they have to votes to pass funding bills, Siobhan Hughes, Olivia Beavers and Anna Wilde Mathews of Wall Street Journal report. “The deal is coming together,” Senate Majority Leader John Thune said.
