Selective Insurance (SIGI) Group announced the planned retirement of Vincent Senia, Executive Vice President, Chief Actuary, effective January 2026. Senia has held the position since 2017 and has been instrumental in shaping Selective’s actuarial reserving, pricing, and planning strategies, as well as enhancing its data analytics capabilities. Senia joined Selective in 2010 as Senior Vice President, Actuarial Reserving, and he is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society. “Working alongside such talented individuals at Selective has been an incredible journey. I am proud of all we have accomplished together,” said Vincent Senia. “As I transition into retirement, I am confident that Selective will continue to thrive and deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.” Selective Insurance also announced that Nathan Rugge, Senior Vice President, Chief Corporate Actuary, Reserving, will assume the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Actuary upon Senia’s retirement.
