Piper Sandler raised the firm’s price target on Select Water Solutions (WTTR) to $16 from $14 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm notes delivered solid Q4 results, anchored by impressive Water Infrastructure margin expansion, an upward revision to its WI 2026 topline guide to 20-25% year-over-year from 20%, market share gains in Chemical Technologies, supported by friction reducers and surfactants with complex completion designs driving demand, and a more favorable 2026 free cash flow outlook. Two days later, the company announced a $175M equity offering, which is intended to be used for Water Infrastructure growth projects, potential acquisitions or debt repayment, Piper adds.
