Citi analyst Asiya Merchant raised the firm’s price target on Seagate (STX) to $125 from $105 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company hosts an analyst day on May 22 and should include news of “sustained robust demand” through the end of year, an ongoing tight supply environment, and continued customer visibility through at least Q1 of 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The increased Seagate’s outer-year estimates on increased profitability.
