According to a regulatory filing, on January 23, 2023, SeaChange terminated Kathleen Mosher from the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of SeaChange, effective immediately. Following the Termination, on January 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of SeaChange appointed Mark Szynkowski as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company, effective January 23, 2023.
