Benchmark lowered the firm’s price target on Sea Limited (SE) to $140 from $176 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Shares sold off sharply despite a “solid” Q4 and “upbeat” FY26 GMV guidance for growth of 25%, notes the analyst, who believes the pressure reflects disappointment around a margin narrative reset. However, the stock offers an “attractive risk/reward” for a regional e-commerce leader capable of sustaining 20%-30% normalized growth, the analyst tells investors.
