TD Cowen raised the firm’s price target on Scotiabank (BNS) to C$93 from C$87 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm said further NIM expansion, B/S optimization efforts, buybacks, and comments on improving credit outlook, support a better outlook for 2026 EPS growth. Cowen believes the next key development to focus on is the resumption of loan growth across the bank post the end of B/S optimization.
