Scilex says registration statement on Form S-4 declared effective by SEC

Scilex (SCLX) announced that the registration statement on Form S-4 related to the previously announced proposed business combination between Denali Capital Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, and Semnur Pharmaceuticals, a majority-owned subsidiary of Scilex, has been declared effective by the U.S. SEC.
