Scienjoy files $250M mixed securities shelf, 11.5M Class A shares for holders

The company may offer, issue and sell from time to time up to $250M of Class A ordinary shares, preferred shares, debt securities, warrants, subscription rights and a combination of such securities, separately or as units, in one or more offerings. In addition, selling shareholders may, from time to time in one or more offerings, offer and sell up to 11.5M of Class A ordinary shares. The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of its Class A ordinary shares by selling shareholders.
