Scholastic (SCHL) announced Chris Lick has been appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective June 1. He succeeds Andrew Hedden who held the position for 17 years and announced his retirement prior to shifting his role to Senior Counselor. Mr. Lick will report directly to President and CEO Peter Warwick.
