The two realigned operating segments are Specialty Technology Solutions and Intelisys & Advisory. The Specialty Technology Solutions segment combines the Company’s former segments, with the exception of the Company’s Intelisys business. The Intelisys & Advisory segment includes the Company’s Intelisys and technology advisors businesses, including Channel Exchange (formerly known as intY RPM and Resourcive. Both segments include recurring revenue.
