Saudi Aramco set to sign U.S. LNG pacts next week, Reuters reports

Saudi Aramco is slated to sign two U.S. liquefied natural gas supply agreements with Woodside Energy (WDS) and Commonwealth LNG when Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman goes to Washington, D.C. next week, Reuters’ Marwa Rashad, Shadia Nasralla, Emily Chow, and Curtis Williams report, citing sources familiar with the matter. Aramco is seeking to become a major LNG player, particularly in the U.S., and has already signed deals with other U.S. companies, including NextDecade’s (NEXT) Rio Grande LNG, the authors note.
