Samsung Electronics (SSNLF) has entered the final qualification phase with Nvidia (NVDA), bringing the company one step closer to securing a certification for Nvidia’s latest AI memory chip, Yoolim Lee of Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. Samsung is preparing for mass production of HBM4 in February, the sources added.
