Sam’s Club, which is owned by Walmart (WMT), said it plans to increase its annual membership fee by $10, offering its one-year basic membership option for $60 and its higher-tier option for $120, CNBC’s Melissa Repko reports. The company said it has “adjusted our membership pricing to support the things our members love,” highlighting perks such as its variety of products, expanded hours, and improved curbside pickup and delivery options, the author notes. Other publicly traded warehouse retailers include Costco (COST) and BJ‘s Wholesale (BJ).
