Salesforce (CRM) and ServiceNow (NOW) are advanced talks to invest about $750M each in Genesys Cloud Services, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Liana Baker, Ryan Gould and Brody Ford. The separate investments in Genesys, which makes AI-powered software for customer contact centers, would value the company at roughly $15B, said the sources, who added that a transaction could be announced as soon as Thursday.
