BTIG initiated coverage of Salesforce (CRM) with a Buy rating and $335 price target After leading an architectural revolution in SaaS nearly three decades ago, Salesforce is now navigating its way through a seismic shift with AI, and while history has shown most companies aren’t able to move quickly enough to evade disruption, the company is fighting hard to earn its second act – re-architecting the core platform, developing Data 360 to enable golden customer records, and rapidly innovating the Agentforce layer, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BTIG adds that its recent feedback from conversations with customers and partners was very positive.
