Argus keeps a Buy rating and $360 price target on Salesforce (CRM), though the firm is also raising its FY26 EPS view on the stock to $11.76 from $11.37 and its FY27 forecast to $12.97 from $12.53. The market debate on whether agentic AI will kill the software-as-a-service enterprise application business, Salesforce’s lifeblood, may rage on, but the management is moving forward with its own agentic solutions across its platform of services and even using agents or so called “digital labor” to drive margin expansion in its own cost centers, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Salesforce continues to deliver on product innovation with its new agentic generative AI Agentforce platform, the firm contends.
