Sable Offshore (SOC) disclosed last night a series of management changes, including the promotion of J. Caldwell Flores, the current President of the company, to President and Chief Operating Officer. In connection with the management changes, Doss Bourgeois transitioned from Chief Operating Officer to Vice Chairman of the company, effective November 20, and is no longer an executive officer.
