Ryvyl announces common stock offering, no amount given

Ryvyl announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Ryvyl. Ryvyl intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. Joseph Gunnar & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
