Rumble (RUM) is proceeding with an all-share offer to acquire Northern Data in a deal set to value the target at less than its current market capitalization of $894M, Eyk Henning of Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The agreement could be announced in the coming days, the sources added.
