RTX (RTX) was awarded a $773.5M noncompetitive contract modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity radar development contract. The total ceiling value of this contract is increased from $1.47B to $2.25B and the ordering period is extended from Oct. 30, 2027, to Oct. 31, 2030. Under this modification, the contractor will provide research and development support for the Army Navy Transportable Radar Surveillance Control Model-2 Radar. The Missile Defense Agency is the contracting activity.
