RTX (RTX) was awarded a not-to-exceed $380M firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee undefinitized contract action modification to a previously awarded contract for Medium Range Intercept Capability. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $412.52M. The contract modification is for the full rate production scope of the MRIC requirement. This work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, with an expected completion date of Aug 28, 2028. FY25 procurement funds in the amount of $70M are obligated at the time of award. Contract funds in the amount of $70M will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Marine Corps Systems Command is the contracting activity.
