RTX (RTX) was awarded a noncompetitive firm-fixed-price contract. The total value of this contract is $1B. Under this contract, the contractor will procure and deliver a quantity up to 55 SM-3 Block IB All-Up Rounds that are manufactured, assembled, and tested in accordance with the SM-3 Block IB specifications. The work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona and Huntsville, Alabama with an expected completion date of March 31, 2031. The period of performance is from May 16 through March 31, 2031. Fiscal 2024 procurement funds in the amount of $443.65M and fiscal 2025 procurement funds in the amount of $56.35M, will be obligated at the time of the award. The Missile Defense Agency is the contracting activity.
