Roundtable and RYVYL (RVYL) Inc. announced that Aly Madhavji has agreed to join the soon-to-be-merged company as CFO. Current RYVYL CFO George Oliva upon completion of the merger will transition to the role of Chief Accounting Officer for the merged entity.
