Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Rocket Lab (RKLB) to $67 from $68 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The market is “largely shrugging off” a schedule shift on Neutron’s first flight as Neutron’s first launch shifting into 2026 “may have been more modest than feared,” the analyst tells investors. However, schedule revisions prolong program spending and may have a “cascading manifest impact,” says the analyst, who adds that Electron demand is proving robust and Space Systems continues to perform.
