RingCentral (RNG) announced that Vaibhav Agarwal has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Agarwal, who has been with RingCentral since 2016, will succeed Abhey Lamba, who will continue to serve as an Executive Advisor through the end of the year.
