Riku files 5M Class A ordinary share IPO, expects to price between $4.00-$6.00

Riku Dining Group (RIKU) filed an initial public offering of 5M Class A ordinary shares. The offering price of the Class A ordinary shares is expected to be between $4.00-$6.00 per share. Riku has applied to have its Class A ordinary shares listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “RIKU.” Eddid Securities USA is acting as the underwriter for this offering.
