ReposiTrak (TRAK) announced its third 10% increase in its quarterly cash dividend in the prior three years. The new dividend of 2c per share per quarter will be paid to shareholders of record as of September 30 on or about November 14. Subsequent dividends will be paid within 45 days of each fiscal quarter end.
