Rentokil reported better than expected revenue for 2025 on improved performance in the second half of the year amid leadership changes. The company said revenue in 2025 climbed 2.6% organically to $6.91B versus consensus estimate of $6.92B. Adjusted operating profit rose 5.4% to $1.07B, with margin expanding to 15.5%. Rentokil also announced that Richard Solomons, Chair of the Board, has informed the Board of his intention to retire, once a successor has been appointed. The stock has gained over 11% and is trading at $31.97 on Thursday.
