Deutsche Bank downgraded Rentokil Initial (RTO) to Hold from Buy with a price target of 465 GBp, down from 505 GBp. The firm says its analysis shows Rentokil’s pest control category is “significantly under-earning” compared to the leading international peers. Increased investment to improve organic revenue growth could pressure on near-term estimates, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
