As Renault (RNSDF) CEO Luca de Meo leaves the French carmaker to pursue a role outside the auto industry, reports are surfacing that he will become the new CEO of Gucci-owner Kering (PPRUY), Reuters’ Tassilo Hummel reports. De Meo will replace Kering CEO Francois-Henri Pinault, whose family controls the luxury conglomerate and who has been leading it for 20 years, according to reports.
