Reliance (RELI) and Walt Disney (DIS) have offered to sell some channels to win faster antitrust approval for their $8.5B merger but are resisting changes to its broadcasting rights to cricket, Aditya Kalra of Reuters reports, citing two sources familiar with the matter.
