Reddy Ice, a portfolio company of SCI Capital Partners and a manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice in the United States, announced an agreement to acquire Arctic Glacier, a North American provider of premium ice products and services, from Carlyle (CG). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
