Truist raised the firm’s price target on Reddit (RDDT) to $260 from $225 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm sees several near- to mid-term catalysts, including strong Q3 results and Q4 guidance; a unified search and answers product that is coming soon; international expansion; lower funnel ad products for shopping campaigns; automation and B2B tools for advertisers; direct partnerships with publishers; and higher traffic from data licensing partnerships. Q3 results are likely to come in at the higher-end of expectations, the analyst added while introducing FY26 quarterly estimates.
