Roth Capital raised the firm’s price target on Reddit (RDDT) to $185 from $145 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company reported a “mind-blowing beat and raise” Q2, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes Reddit’s near-term momentum is sustainable and increased estimates post the print. Roth thinks the company’s monetization increases will drive second half of 2025 growth and it sees material shared upside if Reddit can minimize account creation friction. However, the firm does not recommend buying shares on the post-earnings rally.
