Mike Logozzo, President and COO, has been appointed CEO, and Giri Devanur, reAlpha’s founder, Chairman of the Board and former CEO, has assumed the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. As part of this transition, Mr. Logozzo will serve as Interim COO until a successor is identified.
