The Real Good Food Company announced that on May 17, 2024, it received a notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that the Company no longer satisfies Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of the Company’s failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Per Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), Under Nasdaq rules, the Company now has until June 18, 2024 to submit a plan to regain compliance.
