Riley analyst Naved Khan last night initiated coverage of Real Brokerage (REAX) with a Buy rating and $7 price target The firm believes Real is disrupting the residential real estate segment with its unique brokerage platform. The company is “poised for sustained strong” agent growth, driven by attractive earnings on transactions and referrals, and resulting in continued robust transaction growth and share gains, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Riley expects strength in the core brokerage business to be supplemented by growth in ancillary services like title and mortgage.
