On March 26, 2026, RCI had submitted to Nasdaq its plan to regain compliance. In the letter, Nasdaq said the Company now has until June 29, 2026 to file and comply with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). RCI said the extension facilitates its plan for an anticipated April 2026 filing of the 10-Q.
