RCI Hospitality (RICK) Holdings Board of Directors has authorized increasing the amount available under the Company’s share repurchase program by an additional $20.0 million. This gives RCI approximately $24.8 million available to buy back shares when added to the amount remaining from the previous authorization. From FY16, when the Company started implementing its capital allocation strategy, to date, RCI has spent almost $80 million repurchasing almost 3 million shares at an average of $27.88 per share, excluding the repurchase of the ADW block of shares in November 2025.
