RCI Hospitality (RICK) announced a strategic partnership with adult club entrepreneur Jonathan Joseph, majority owner of Austin’s Yellow Rose Cabaret and Red Rose Adult Nightclub. The partnership is taking form through a Joseph entity acquiring a 49% interest in Rick’s Cabaret Austin, TX for $1.8M in cash. The transaction closed on Friday, November 14.
