Rapid7 CFO Tim Adams to retire, Rafe Brown to succeed

The company announced the appointment of Rafe Brown as CFO, effective December 1. Brown will assume the CFO role from current Rapid7 (RPD) CFO Tim Adams, who has served as Rapid7’s CFO since January 2022, and announced his intent to retire from his position in August. Brown brings industry and executive leadership experience across multiple public companies, most recently at Mimecast where he served initially as CFO, and then later as president and COO.
