Rani Therapeutics announces debt conversion

In connection with the private placement, Avenue Venture Opportunities Fund will convert $6M of outstanding debt into 12,500,000 shares of Class A common stock and will receive Warrants to purchase up to 12,500,000 shares of Class A common stock and otherwise on the same terms as the other investors in the private placement, reducing the Company’s total debt obligations.
