Private equity firm EQT AB is in talks to acquire Radius Global Infrastructure, according to Bloomberg’s Gillian Tan and Liana Baker, citing people familiar with the matter. The investment firm is speaking to banks about financing a deal for the infrastructure company, which leases cell sites to wireless-tower companies and mobile-network operators, the report stated, adding that no deal has been reached and talks could still collapse. Radius has been exploring strategic options, including a possible sale, since at least May, Bloomberg noted.
