Deutsche Bank analyst George Hill raised the firm’s price target on R1 RCM to $16 from $14 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. TowerBrook Capital Partners, one of RCM’s two largest shareholders, indicated the company is in the process of finalizing a proposal to acquire the remaining outstanding shares at a price higher than $13.25 per share, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm suspects the offer will come in above $13.75 per share, but likely below $15 per share.
