Quantum-Si prices $50M registered direct offering of common stock at $1.67

Quantum-Si (QSI) announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for the purchase and sale of 29,940,119 shares of common stock (and common stock equivalents) at a purchase price of $1.67 per share, pursuant to a registered direct offering, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $50 million, before deducting placement agent commissions and other offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 8, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
