PTL (PTLE) Limited “announced the pricing of its public offering of 23,800,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $0.30 per ordinary share. Gross proceeds, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $7.14 million. The Offering is expected to close on April 10, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Revere Securities LLC is acting as exclusive placement agent in connection with the Offering.”
