UBS analyst William Appicelli upgraded PSEG (PEG) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $97, up from $86. UBS cites the combination of consistent utility performance and the potential unlock incremental value through nuclear contracts for the upgrade. PSEG can grow EPS at 6.5%-7% without the need to issue equity in the five-year plan, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
