Prothena (PRTA) announced updates to its leadership team. Annie Kingston is being promoted to Chief Strategy Officer and Michael Isaacs is being promoted to General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Isaacs succeeds Michael Malecek who will be departing from Prothena. Kingston and Isaacs will join Prothena’s leadership team and will report to Gene Kinney, Ph.D., President and CEO. Kingston’s promotion is effective immediately and Isaacs’ promotion will take effect following Malecek’s departure in June. Kingston joined Prothena in 2023, serving most recently as Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff. Isaacs joined Prothena in 2020, serving most recently as Deputy General Counsel.
