Prosus completes acquisition of Despegar for $19.50 per share

Prosus (PROSY) and Despegar (DESP) jointly announce the completion of Prosus’s acquisition of Despegar at a purchase price of $19.50 per share. Completion of the transaction follows approval by Despegar’s board of directors and shareholders, and receipt of all required regulatory clearances.
